Our centuries-old trees, symbols of a harsh land, challenging but rich in flavours, are the perfect backdrop to a house built 8 years ago and furnished with great care in every detail.
Stone, wood and bright colours dominate the building.
The flat of Villa Rosmarino lies on the ground floor and is about 90 sqm. The apartment consists of a large openspace living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a library hallway and an exclusive garden area.
All windows are provided with mosquito nets.
The kitchen is fully furnished (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric and ventilated oven, crockery, pots and pans, cooking tools, coffee maker, American coffee maker); in the living area there is a large wooden table, 6 chairs, high chair for children, double sofa bed, flat screen TV (with satellite programs and DVD player).
The bedroom is large (the bed measures 160 x 200 cm) and allows for an additional single bed; the bathroom is partitioned and equipped with a shower. You can even ask for a baby cot.
The flat is equipped with:

books available for consultation
antiseptic hand gel, set of face masks, first aid kit (thermometer, hydrogen peroxide, plasters and bandages)
The garden is surrounded by olive trees and has a wonderful sea view.
Lavender, rosemary, roses. Bushes and trees embrace you while relaxing and admiring the blue sea.
A part of the garden is reserved for your exclusive use (sun umbrella, table and chairs for eating outside, and sunbeds).
